Ningbo is located on the south of the Yangtze River Delta, with the great Beilun Harbor in the east an d Hangzhou Bay in the north; while it is near to Lishe Airport an d Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway passes by it: it enjoys convenient transportation. Ningbo yi pian hong fastener Co., Ltd is a professional fastener manufacturer an d exporter of China fastener, also is one member of China Fastener Association. We are proficiently engaged in manufacturing various kinds of high strength bolts, nuts an d thread rods with a yearly capacity of 30,000 tons an d an annual turnover of 300 million Yuan. Our products include standards of ANSI/ASTM, DIN, BS, ISO, GB, JS, etc, which are mainly applied to the fields of high strength tight firmware an d petroleum pipes  valve. Our products are mostly exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East an d Southeast Asian Ｃountries an d regions. We receive great acclaim from our clients at home an d abroad because of the fine quality of our products an d our good credit.Ningbo yi pian hong fastener Co., Ltd covers an area of 20,000 sq.m, with building area of 10,000 sq.m. We boast more than 200 staff an d workers, including 35 manageri staff an d 2 senior engineers with the National Grade III Certificate of Physical Test an d Chemical Analysis, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of the products we produced an d improving the process of heat treatment. The company is fully equipped with over 260 production equipments an d 30 examination devices. To perfect the quality of our products, we imported a vortex durometer from Germany to carry out 100% hardness test of our products. While we apply a large scale vortex flaw detector to detect the crack flaw in stud bolts, we use an imported direct-read spectrograph to verify chemical composition of raw materials.
